At Aurélien, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; if your selection is not quite right, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned goods must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original luxury packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
